\n\u2013 Minimum 7+ years of experience in building construction projects.
\n\u2013 Must have prior experience working with Engineering Consultancy in the UAE
\n\u2013 Must be currently available in the UAE
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n-Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules (Primavera P6 \/ MS Project).
\n-Review and validate project baselines to ensure alignment with contract requirements and realistic timelines
\n-Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
\n-Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate timelines.<\/p>\n
-Conduct critical path analysis and risk assessments.
\n-Optimize resource allocation and manpower usage.
\n-Prepare reports and presentations for clients on milestones, progress, and challenges.
\nQualifications:
\n-Bachelor\u2019s in Civil Engineering \/ Construction Management or related field.
\n-Strong knowledge of construction methodologies & project life cycles.
\n-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
