\nCredit Risk Systems (CRMS)
\nTo partner with Risk, Finance, and IT teams and help design, enhance, and support our Credit Risk Management System (CRMS).
\nWhat you\u2019ll do:
\nGather and translate business needs into clear BRDs, user stories, and functional specs
\nMap and improve end-to-end credit risk processes (origination, approvals, monitoring, reporting)
\nWork closely with IT and vendors to deliver functional, compliant solutions
\nDefine data flows, validations, and integrations across risk and core banking systems
\nEnsure alignment with CBUAE CRMS, Basel, IFRS9, and internal governance standards
\nMaintain complete project documentation and support audits
\nWhat we\u2019re looking for:
\n7\u201310+ years of banking experience, with strong exposure to credit \/ risk systems<\/p>\n
Proven Business Analysis skills (documentation, workshops, stakeholder management)
\nGood understanding of credit risk lifecycle & data governance
\nExperience with risk platforms (Moody\u2019s, FIS, etc.) is a plus
\nCertifications like FRM \/ PRM \/ PMP \/ CBAP are an advantage
