\nRole Summary
\nWe are looking for an L1 Network & Desktop Support Engineer to provide first-level technical support for users, troubleshoot desktop, network and hardware-related issues, and ensure smooth IT operations. The candidate should have basic networking knowledge and hands-on experience in desktop support.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nProvide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and network-related issues
\nTroubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, printers, and peripheral devices
\nInstall, configure, and support Windows OS \/ Office 365 \/ Outlook
\nUser account management through Active Directory
\nHandle ticketing system \/ incident logging and resolution
\nSupport VPN connectivity and basic network issues
\nCoordinate with L2\/L3 teams for unresolved issues
\nEnsure IT policies & security compliance
\nProvide remote and onsite user support
\nRequired Skills & Qualifications
\nMinimum 1 year of experience in Desktop \/ Network Support
\nStrong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, O365
\nBasic understanding of TCP\/IP, DHCP, DNS, Switching & Routing
\nExperience with Active Directory & Ticketing Tools
\nStrong troubleshooting and communication skills
\nCertifications preferred: CCNA (basic), MCP, ITIL Foundation
\nReady to work in shifts \/ onsite support if required
\nEducation
\nDiploma \/ Graduate in IT \/ Computer Engineering
\nRelevant technical certifications preferred<\/p>\n
