\nA well-established Steel Fabrication and Coating Company based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
\nWill be responsible for managing procurement activities related to raw materials, consumables, equipment, and services required for steel fabrication and coating operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nSource and procure raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and services for fabrication and coating projects
\nIdentify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
\nPrepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies
\nEnsure timely delivery of materials to meet project and production schedules
\nMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and production teams
\nMaintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and reports<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements
\nCoordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment follow-ups
\nDevelop and maintain strong supplier relationships
\nRequirements
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
\nMinimum 2\u20134 years of experience as a Purchase Executive (preferably in steel fabrication, manufacturing, or construction industry)
\nStrong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
\nExperience in sourcing steel, fabrication materials, or industrial consumables is an advantage
\nProficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
\nStrong negotiation and communication skills
\nAbility to work independently and under pressure
\nUAE experience is preferred
