\nAn expanding its Technical Services & Cybersecurity Department! Join our team and play a key role in supporting site-level operations and ensuring seamless IT infrastructure performance.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n-Install, configure, manage, and maintain network, systems, servers, and IDF\/MDF infrastructure
\n-Diagnose and resolve network and system incidents efficiently
\n-Implement assigned network projects and manage Active Directory, Domain, DNS, servers, OS, automation, patch management, service desk, and end-user systems
\n-Configure and maintain IPsec and SSL VPNs
\n-Keep security-related software and devices up-to-date
\n-Enforce network and information security policies following industry best practices
\n-Proactively monitor network devices and systems to ensure high availability and SLA compliance<\/p>\n
-Guide the Technical Support Team in troubleshooting and resolution of network\/system issues
\n-Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, servers, processes, and services
\n-Coordinate with departments, vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality services and SLA compliance
\nQualifications:
\n-Bachelor\u2019s in IT or related field (network\/system focus)
\n-CCNA\/CCNP or Microsoft Certifications
\n-7\u20138 years of experience in networking and systems
\n-Strong problem-solving, communication, and consultative skills
