The Assistant Marketing Manager at Mercans will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for a global payroll outsourcing and SaaS company. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution. Duties and Responsibilities:
\nAssist in the execution of data-driven digital marketing campaigns tailored to global payroll outsourcing and SaaS solutions.
\nSupport the creation and management of thought leadership content, including blog posts, case studies, and newsletters to establish Mercans as an industry leader.
\nCoordinate with global analyst firms to support research and insights that enhance brand credibility and market positioning.
\nAssist in managing internal and external communication strategies to enhance client and stakeholder engagement.
\nContribute to product marketing efforts, including messaging, go-to-market strategies, and development of marketing collateral.
\nConduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic marketing decisions.

\nImplement SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies to improve online presence and lead generation.
\nAssist in budget tracking and ensure optimal ROI on marketing initiatives.
\nEnsure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing materials.
\nGo-To-Market Strategy Support:
\nAssist in defining and implementing go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with Mercans\u2019 business goals.
\nConduct research on target markets, buyer personas, and key value propositions to optimize market penetration.
\nSupport the development of positioning and messaging frameworks for payroll outsourcing and SaaS offerings.
\nCoordinate cross-functional execution with sales, product, and digital teams for successful product launches.
\nMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure GTM success.
\nBrand Awareness and Recognition:
\nAssist in the execution of brand awareness campaigns to position Mercans as a leading global payroll outsourcing and SaaS provider.
\nSupport thought leadership initiatives, including social media engagement and industry participation.
\nHelp manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and media collaborations to expand brand recognition.
\nEnsure brand messaging is consistent and effectively communicated across various platforms.
\nLeverage customer success stories and testimonials to enhance brand credibility.
\nSearch Engine Optimization (SEO):
\nSupport the development and execution of an SEO strategy to improve Mercans\u2019 online visibility.
\nConduct keyword research and competitive analysis to optimize content performance.
\nAssist in optimizing website structure, meta tags, and on-page elements for better search rankings.
\nMonitor SEO performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
\nIndustry Analyst Relations and Market Positioning:
\nAssist in maintaining relationships with industry analysts to position Mercans as a technology leader in payroll outsourcing.
\nSupport the development and execution of analyst engagement strategies, including research briefings.
\nHelp track and analyze industry analyst reports for strategic insights.
\nIndustry Partnerships and Alliances:
\nSupport strategic partnerships with HCM and WFM providers to expand Mercans\u2019 market reach.
\nAssist in collaborations with technology partners and service providers to strengthen the payroll ecosystem.
\nHelp oversee joint marketing initiatives with key partners.
\nMonitor partnership performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
\nEducation and Experience:
\nMinimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
\n6 years of marketing experience, preferably in the global payroll, HR tech, SaaS, or outsourcing sectors.
\nStrong understanding of B2B marketing, digital campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies.
\nKnowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and marketing automation tools.
\nAbility to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
