Seeking an experienced Level 2 Network Engineer to provide advanced technical support and service assurance across a wide range of wired and wireless telecom products.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and application issues.
\n\u2022 Configure and support routers, switches, and related devices.
\n\u2022 Review and action incidents and requests escalated from Level 1 support.
\n\u2022 Provide remote support to customers and onsite engineers.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with vendors and escalation teams for complex issues.
\n\u2022 Maintain documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams.
\n\u2022 Ensure adherence to ITIL standards and change management practices.
\nRequired Skills:
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of MPLS, VPNs, and IP network troubleshooting.
\n\u2022 Experience with multi-vendor telecom equipment.
\n\u2022 Familiarity with ITIL, configuration management, and service assurance.<\/p>\n
