\nLooking for a dedicated Project Engineer \u2013 Fitout to oversee and deliver high-quality, fast-paced restaurant and food & beverage projects from concept to completion. \nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u2013 Manage end-to-end delivery of interior fit out projects for restaurants, caf\u00e9s, and F&B outlets.
\n\u2013 Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to meet project milestones.
\n\u2013 Ensure construction work is executed according to design, specifications, and brand standards.
\n\u2013 Monitor project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols on-site.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Liaise with clients, designers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery.
\n\u2013 Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and progress reports
\nRequirements:
\n\u2013 Minimum 5+ years of experience managing fitout projects, with a focus on restaurant and F&B environments.
\n\u2013 Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
\n\u2013 Strong understanding of MEP coordination, kitchen services, and F&B-specific finishes.
\n\u2013 Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
\n\u2013 Degree\/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
\n\u2013 Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.
