Job Description:
\nWe are seeking a Customer Service coordinator to handle inbound and outbound calls for our commercial laundry operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing customer inquiries, taking orders, providing service updates, and following up with clients, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u2022 Previous experience in call center or customer service, preferably from hotel, laundry, logistics, or hospitality industry
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written); additional languages are an advantage
\n\u2022 Good computer and email handling skills (MS Office, Excel, ERP knowledge preferred)
\n\u2022 Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
\n\u2022 Ability to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts [mandatory] on permanent basis.<\/p>\n
Preference for immediate joiners on visit or cancelled visas.<\/p>\n
