\n-Handle patient admission and discharge processes efficiently.
\n-Ensure accuracy in patient documentation and records.
\n-Coordinate with billing, insurance, and other departments for smooth operations.
\n-Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and families.<\/p>\n
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
\nRequirements:
\n\u2013 Bachelor\u2019s degree in a related field.
\n\u2013 Minimum 1\u20132 years of experience in hospital admissions\/discharge or front office role.
\n\u2013 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\u2013 Knowledge of hospital systems and insurance processes is an added advantage.
