\nRequired skills and qualifications:
\n\u2022 Experience with Planview system (preferred) or JIRA
\n\u2022 Quality Assurance test experience in the past: Familiar with Test scripts preparation and executing Testing, raising Bugs and reporting to Vendor for fixing
\n\u2022 Being able to write procedures, prepare Training materials for a new system
\n\u2022 Training experience
\n\u2022 High-level knowledge on Demand Management, resource and capacity planning process
\n\u2022 Preparing Management regular reports
\n\u2022 Strong Excel skills, fluent with basic formulas, being able to build Pivots
\n\u2022 Preparing executive summaries, presentations\/status reports and management Dashboards<\/p>\n
\u2022 Track project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and deliverables.
\n\u2022 Ensure all project-related documents (plans, status reports, and logs. Etc) are accurately prepared, updated, and maintained.
\n\u2022 Assist senior project managers for day to day activities
\n\u2022 Manage small sized Projects
\n\u2022 Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts within the Projects Department
