\nBachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in a relevant field
\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
\nUAE experience is an added advantage
\nStrong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and UAE Labour Law
\nProficiency in MS Office and HR systems\/ERP
\nExcellent organizational and time management skills
\nDetail-oriented with strong documentation skills
\nA strong team player<\/p>\n
