Job Description:
\nWe are seeking a highly experienced Authority Engineer to oversee civil engineering projects in compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of local authority requirements, safety standards, and systems governing civil construction projects in Abu Dhabi.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\nReview, approve, and ensure compliance of civil engineering designs and construction activities with Abu Dhabi regulations and authority standards.
\nAct as a liaison between project teams, government authorities, and stakeholders to facilitate permitting and approval processes.
\nPrepare and submit technical documentation, reports, and applications required by Abu Dhabi authorities (TAMM, MEPS, TAQA, ITC, Main developers -Masdar\/Miral\/Al-DAR\/..-).
\nProvide expert advice on compliance issues, system integration, and regulatory updates.
\nCollaborate with site and engineering teams to implement standards and regulations in project planning and execution.
\nCoordinate with relevant authorities for approvals and license renewals.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in civil engineering or related field.
\n10-15 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on regulatory compliance and authority requirements.
\nExtensive knowledge of Abu Dhabi construction regulations, codes, and systems.
\nProven experience in managing approvals and authority inspections.
\nStrong understanding of safety standards, environmental regulations, and project management.
\nExcellent communication and coordination skills.
\nProfessional registration\/license in civil engineering is preferred.<\/p>\n
