Role Overview:
\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data collection, reporting, and analysis for informed decision-making. The role involves preparing accurate MIS reports, monitoring business processes, and supporting management with actionable insights.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\nCollect, analyze, and interpret data to prepare daily\/weekly\/monthly MIS reports.
\nMaintain and update databases, dashboards, and reporting tools.
\nGenerate reports on business performance, sales, operations, and financial metrics.
\nIdentify data trends, variances, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
\nEnsure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of reports.
\nCollaborate with internal teams to streamline reporting processes.
\nSupport management with ad-hoc data requirements and presentations.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
\n1\u20133 years of experience as MIS Executive or Data Analyst.
\nStrong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros preferred).
\nFamiliarity with database management and reporting tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau is a plus).
\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
\nAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.<\/p>\n
