We are looking for a dynamic and trend-savvy Events Specialist to join our team!
\nThis role involves developing fresh ideas, managing client relationships, and executing impactful events and brand activations.<\/p>\n
\u2728 Key Responsibilities
\nCreative Ideation
\n\t\u2022\tDevelop innovative concepts for live events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns.
\n\t\u2022\tTranslate client objectives into creative, memorable experiences.
\n\t\u2022\tStay updated on trends in events and experiential marketing.<\/p>\n
Client Management
\n\t\u2022\tServe as the main contact for retail clients with clear, consistent communication.
\n\t\u2022\tUnderstand client goals and convert them into creative strategies.
\n\t\u2022\tBuild strong, long-term relationships with clients.<\/p>\n
Project Execution
\n\t\u2022\tOversee the delivery of campaigns and activations from concept to completion.
\n\t\u2022\tManage timelines, budgets, and resources for seamless execution.
\n\t\u2022\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality results.<\/p>\n
Business Development
\n\t\u2022\tIdentify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
\n\t\u2022\tSupport in pitching and developing proposals for new business.
\n\t\u2022\tStay aware of emerging retail and experiential trends.<\/p>\n
\u2705 Requirements
\n\t\u2022\t2\u20133 years of experience in the UAE in events or experiential marketing.
\n\t\u2022\tStrong skills in ideation, conceptualization, and pitching.
\n\t\u2022\tExcellent project management and attention to detail.
\n\t\u2022\tKnowledge of event trends, production, and vendor coordination.<\/p>\n
