Office Manager (Real Estate Development) \u2013 Dubai, UAE<\/p>\n
Well Concept Real Estate Development LLC is looking for a professional Office Manager with proven experience in the UAE real estate development sector. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and providing full administrative support to the management team.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
\nManage office documentation, correspondence, and filing systems
\nSupport management with scheduling, meetings, and communications
\nCoordinate between departments to streamline administrative processes
\nHandle interactions with external partners, government authorities, and suppliers
\nEnsure compliance with company policies and Dubai Land Department (DLD) requirements
\nAssist with HR, onboarding, and other administrative tasks as needed<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Mandatory experience in the UAE real estate development sector
\nStrong knowledge of administrative processes in developer companies (DLD, NOCs, contracts, permits)
\nExcellent organizational and communication skills
\nFluency in English (Arabic\/Russian\/Ukrainian is an advantage)
\nProficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Bitrix24 preferred)
\nProfessional attitude, ability to multitask and work under deadlines<\/p>\n
