Nucassa Real Estate is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager to help scale sustainably while nurturing a high-performance, values-driven culture during a period of growth.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Develop and implement HR strategies that support Nucassa\u2019s expansion, with a deep understanding of the real estate and construction environment
\n\u2022 Drive recruitment and retention efforts across development, sales, operations, and design teams
\n\u2022 Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
\n\u2022 Champion company culture and employee engagement initiatives reflecting Nucassa\u2019s core values
\n\u2022 Oversee performance management, learning & development, and succession planning programs
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with UAE employment laws and manage risk effectively
\n\u2022 Build and lead a high-performing HR team; coach and mentor staff across the business
\n\u2022 Manage HR systems (HRIS), policies, and analytics to support data-informed decisions<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master\u2019s \/ HR certification preferred)
\n\u2022 Real estate or property development industry experience preferred
\n\u2022 Strong understanding of HR compliance, labour law, and organizational development
\n\u2022 Proven ability to scale HR operations in a growing company
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with executive teams
\n\u2022 Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability<\/p>\n
