\ud83d\udd39 Key Responsibilities :
\n \u2022 Supervise site HR & admin staff & daily operations
\n \u2022 Manage mobilization, onboarding & documentation (visa,
\n medicals, Tawjeeh, biometrics)
\n \u2022 Maintain employee records, attendance & payroll inputs
\n \u2022 Handle grievances, conflict resolution & disciplinary actions
\n \u2022 Oversee camp logistics: accommodation, transport, PPE & HSE compliance
\n \u2022 Prepare HR reports & ensure labor law compliance<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udd39 Requirements :
\n \u2705 Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR\/Business\/Administration
\n \u2705 5+ years\u2019 site HR & admin experience (construction\/manpower preferred)
\n \u2705 Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws & HR practices
\n \u2705 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
\n \u2705 Excellent communication, organizational & leadership skills<\/p>\n
