\ud83c\udfaf Qualifications & Experience
\n \u2022 5+ years in business development within construction, fit-out, or luxury real estate in the UAE <\/p>\n
\u2022 Proven success in closing high-value projects (villas, hospitality, retail, branded interiors) <\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong network with developers like Emaar, Meraas, Nakheel, and luxury brands <\/p>\n
\u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills; bilingual (English\/Arabic) preferred <\/p>\n
\u2022 Results-driven with senior-level negotiation skills<\/p>\n
