\ud83d\udd39 Position: ERP Support Engineer
\n\ud83d\udccd Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
\n\ud83d\udcbc Department: IT \/ ERP Support<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udd39 Key Responsibilities:
\n\ud83d\udca1 Provide technical support for ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.) in the healthcare sector
\n\ud83d\udd27 Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate ERP issues efficiently
\n\u2699\ufe0f Enhance ERP functionality to meet organizational needs
\n\ud83d\udcca Maintain and monitor ERP system performance, ensuring smooth operations
\n\ud83d\udcbe Assist with SQL queries and database support (SQL knowledge is a plus)
\n\ud83d\udcd1 Document technical procedures, system configurations, and support guidelines
\n\ud83e\udd1d Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP workflows<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udd39 Requirements:
\n\ud83c\udf93 Bachelor\u2019s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
\n\ud83d\udcc5 3+ years of ERP support experience, preferably in healthcare
\n\ud83e\udde9 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
\n\ud83d\udcbb Knowledge of SQL and ERP system administration is highly desirable
\n\ud83d\udde3\ufe0f Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team<\/p>\n
