\n– Manage and maintain accurate candidate databases
\n– Leverage job portals, social media, and networks for talent sourcing
\n– Ensure a smooth and professional end-to-end recruitment process<\/p>\n
\u2705 Candidate Requirements:
\n– 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience (UAE or home country)
\n– Prior experience in banking or financial services recruitment is a plus
\n– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n– Strong multitasking abilities and deadline management<\/p>\n
