Sales Engineer \u2013 Contracting (MEP & General Contracting)
\n Role Overview : <\/p>\n
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the tendering and project acquisition process for the company\u2019s MEP and general contracting works. The role requires strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and contracting activities, combined with strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities : <\/p>\n
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the contracting sector (MEP & general contracting).
\nPrepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the tendering team.
\nMeet with clients, consultants, and contractors to present company services and follow up on opportunities.
\nMaintain a solid pipeline of opportunities and provide regular sales forecasts and updates.
\nSupport in negotiation of contracts and closing deals in line with company policies
\nCoordinate with the technical office, estimation, and project teams to ensure proposals are accurate and competitive
\nConduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
\nBuild long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
\n 8-10 years of experience in contracting sales (civil and industrial).
\nStrong background in civil repair work.
\nFamiliarity with project documentation, reports, and quality control.
\nGood command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Project).
\nStrong communication and coordination skills.
\nAbility to work independently and within a team.<\/p>\n
