\nWe\u2019re seeking an IT Project Manager (8+ years experience) \u2014 Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred \u2014 to lead strategic IT initiatives, ensure seamless delivery, and make a tangible impact in the healthcare domain.<\/p>\n
Location: Jeddah, KSA (occasional travel to Makkah branch)<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do
\nLead end-to-end IT project delivery \u2013 scope, plan, budget, and execute.
\nMotivate and guide cross-functional IT teams to meet goals.
\nServe as the primary link to stakeholders \u2014 ensure clear communication and alignment.
\nIdentify, manage, and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
\nEnsure quality, compliance (HIPAA, JCI), and cost efficiency.
\nDrive continuous improvement through documentation and performance metrics.<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For
\n8+ years in IT project management with proven success in full project lifecycle.
\nBachelor\u2019s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master\u2019s preferred).
\nPMP \/ PRINCE2 certification highly desirable.
\nStrong leadership, resource planning, and stakeholder management skills.
\nHealthcare IT expertise is a plus.
\nKnowledge of AI projects will be an added advantage.
\nFluency in Arabic is strongly preferred.<\/p>\n
