Job Overview:<\/b><\/p>\n

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced\u00a0Furniture Fit-out & Joinery Estimator<\/b>\u00a0to join our team. This role focuses on cost estimation for high-end interior fit-out and joinery projects, primarily emphasising\u00a0loose furniture<\/b>\u00a0and bespoke woodworking. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in quantity surveying, an excellent grasp of wood materials, and a deep understanding of project execution processes in the fit-out industry.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates<\/b>\u00a0and comprehensive\u00a0Bills of Quantities (BOQs)<\/b>\u00a0for high-end interior fit-out and joinery projects, including villas and custom furniture installations.<\/li>\n
  • Analyze\u00a0project specifications, drawings, and tender documents<\/b>\u00a0to identify material and labor requirements.<\/li>\n
  • Evaluate\u00a0market prices<\/b>, production processes, and select the most cost-effective materials and suppliers.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct\u00a0value engineering<\/b>\u00a0by identifying cost-saving opportunities and proposing alternatives.<\/li>\n
  • Manage tender processes<\/b>, including pricing, preparing bid documents, and coordinating contract documentation.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate closely<\/b>\u00a0with the production, sales, and design teams to ensure alignment between estimation, design intent, and execution capacity.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain and update a\u00a0supplier and subcontractor database<\/b>, including identifying and pre-qualifying new vendors.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor and control project costs<\/b>\u00a0throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with the initial estimate and budget.<\/li>\n
  • Act as a\u00a0liaison between clients, design teams, and subcontractors<\/b>\u00a0to ensure accurate interpretation of project requirements and seamless communication.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure\u00a0timely submission of bids<\/b>, while regularly reviewing the bid calendar in coordination with the sales team.<\/li>\n
  • Identify\u00a0non-indicated scope items<\/b>\u00a0by analyzing site conditions, architectural plans, and specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications & Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Degree in\u00a0Quantity Surveying<\/b>,\u00a0\u0627\u0644\u0647\u0646\u062f\u0633\u0629<\/b>, or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum\u00a03-5 years of experience<\/b>\u00a0in joinery estimation or interior fit-out estimation.<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of\u00a0woodworking, furniture production<\/b>, and\u00a0joinery materials<\/b>.<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in\u00a0MS Office<\/b>.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred Qualities:<\/b><\/p>\n

      • Experience with\u00a0luxury or high-end interior projects<\/b>.<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with\u00a0international standards and specifications<\/b>\u00a0in joinery and fit-out.<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of\u00a0local and international market trends<\/b>\u00a0in wood and furniture materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Job Type: Full-time<\/p>\n

        Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month<\/p>\n
