Position Summary<\/p>\n
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company\u2019s operations within the pharmacy sector across the UAE. This role requires strong industry knowledge, established relationships with pharmacies and doctors, and the ability to drive efficiency and growth across multiple channels.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities
\n \u2022 Manage and supervise day-to-day operations within the pharmacy sector.
\n \u2022 Develop and implement operational strategies to expand market presence.
\n \u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers.
\n \u2022 Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product distribution and availability.
\n \u2022 Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
\n \u2022 Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
\n \u2022 Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively.<\/p>\n

Qualifications & Requirements
\n \u2022 Minimum 5 years of experience working in or with pharmacies in the UAE.
\n \u2022 Strong knowledge of the pharmacy network and medical professionals in the region.
\n \u2022 English proficiency (B2\u2013C1 level), both written and spoken.
\n \u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred).
\n \u2022 Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
\n \u2022 Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
