Job Title: FM Engineer<\/p>\n
Location: Dubai
\n Employment Type: Full-Time<\/p>\n
We are seeking an FM Engineer to join our team at Azizi Developments. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our facilities, including maintenance, safety, and vendor management.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n \u2714\ufe0f Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
\n \u2714\ufe0f Ensure all equipment and systems function optimally and comply with safety standards and regulations.
\n \u2714\ufe0f Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure all work is completed on time.
\n \u2714\ufe0f Manage emergency repairs and provide support during facility-related incidents.
\n \u2714\ufe0f Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for repairs, upgrades, and projects.
\n \u2714\ufe0f Conduct facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential improvements.
\n \u2714\ufe0f Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment performance.<\/p>\n
Key Requirements:
\n \u2714\ufe0f Proven experience as a Facilities Management Engineer or in a similar engineering role.
\n \u2714\ufe0f Strong knowledge of building systems and facilities maintenance procedures.
\n \u2714\ufe0f Familiarity with health and safety standards in facilities management.
\n \u2714\ufe0f Proficiency in maintenance management software and related tools.
\n \u2714\ufe0f Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
\n \u2714\ufe0f Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n \u2714\ufe0f Relevant technical qualifications in engineering or facilities management.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\n \u2714\ufe0f Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
\n \u2714\ufe0f 2\u20135 years of relevant work experience.
