About the Role<\/p>\n
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & HR Operations Specialist to join our team and manage payroll for over 200 employees while supporting end-to-end HR operations. You will ensure accuracy, compliance with UAE Labor Laws, and effective HR process execution across the employee lifecycle \u2014 from recruitment to exit.
\nWhat You\u2019ll Do<\/p>\n
Manage monthly payroll processing in SAP HCM, including overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and gratuity.
\nReconcile payroll with Finance and prepare WPS files, pay orders, and payroll dashboards.
\nOversee full employee lifecycle: onboarding, visa processing, medical insurance, transfers, promotions, and exits.
\nHandle recruitment \u2014 sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
\nSupport performance management (KPI setting, reviews, appraisals, salary increments).
\nMaintain accurate HR records, trackers, and reports.
\nEnsure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
\nAddress employee grievances and manage disciplinary processes fairly.
\nWhat We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
\n4\u20136 years of payroll and HR operations experience in the UAE.
\nProficiency in SAP HCM and MS Excel.
\nStrong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and WPS.
\nExcellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
