\nPosition Overview:
\nWe are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Presales Executive with 2\u20133 years of experience in UC and networking products.
\nThis role involves working closely with our sales team, vendors, and customers to provide expert technical guidance, solution design, and product demonstrations that align with client requirements.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose suitable UC and networking solutions.
\n\u2022 Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to clients.
\n\u2022 Assist in responding to RFPs\/RFQs by preparing technical documentation, solution designs, and BOMs.
\n\u2022 Work with vendors to ensure proposed solutions are up to date with the latest product offerings and best practices.
\n\u2022 Support the sales process by addressing technical queries and providing post-meeting follow-up.
\n\u2022 Conduct product training for internal teams and partners to enhance solution-selling capabilities.
\n\u2022 Stay updated on the latest UC and networking trends, competitive products, and industry advancements.
\nRequirements:
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
\n\u2022 2\u20133 years\u2019 hands-on experience with Unified Communications and networking products (e.g., IP telephony, video conferencing, switches, routers, firewalls).
\n\u2022 Knowledge of brands like Cisco, Avaya, Poly, Yealink, Grandstream, Aruba, HP, etc., is an advantage.
\n\u2022 Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP protocols, LAN\/WAN, and wireless networking fundamentals.
\n\u2022 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
\n\u2022 Ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits.
\n\u2022 Vendor certifications (e.g., CCNA, ACMP, Microsoft Teams Voice, etc.) are a plus.
