\nThis is an immediate requirement and the right candidate must fit in to following criteria :
\n\u2013 Minimum qualification should be Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or equivalent degree in any discipline
\n\u2013 Must have 7-10 years working experience as HR Manager in UAE.
\n\u2013 Should have hands on experience in handling MS Office and also HR Softwares.
\n\u2013 Must be capable of leading a team of HR executives & PRO personnel
\n\u2013 Should have thorough knowledge of Labor laws and HR rules and regulations for employees.
\n\u2013 Must have complete and updated knowledge of Immigration and Labor Laws, in order to supervise the PRO team in office
\n\u2013 Must be capable of handling new manpower requirements, starting from recruitment till joining of employee.
\n\u2013 Should be able to design Job descriptions for existing and new comer candidate.
\n\u2013 Must possess UAWE valid driving license
\n\u2013 This is an immediate placement, therefore we prefer to have candidates on cancelled or visit visas (with UAE experiences as described above).
\n\u2013 The selected candidate will be reporting directly to Managing Director of the Company therefore.<\/p>\n
