A reputed company in Dubai is looking for a Female HR Executive \/ HR Officer with sound knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and prior UAE HR experience. The ideal candidate will assist the PRO, coordinate with the head office and department heads, manage full HR operations, and ensure compliance with local regulations.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n\ud83d\udcccAssist the PRO with visa and documentation processes.
\n\ud83d\udcccCoordinate with HODs on manpower planning and job requirements.
\n\ud83d\udcccHandle recruitment, interviews, onboarding & exit formalities.
\n\ud83d\udcccPrepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
\n\ud83d\udcccManage employee records, leave, attendance, and payroll support.
\n\ud83d\udcccCoordinate with the head office and ensure smooth HR operations.<\/p>\n
