Job Purpose:
\nThe HR Coordinator will support various HR functions, focusing on Emiratisation initiatives, employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance with HR policies. <\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n– Support Emiratisation efforts by sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
\n– Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
\n– Optimize ERP HCM systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) to improve efficiency
\n– Assist HR Business Partners in executing HR initiatives
\n– Monitor career development plans and identify growth opportunities
\n– Collaborate with Learning & Development to design training programs
\n– Guide employees on HR matters, disciplinary actions, and grievances
\n– Conduct bi-annual employee surveys and develop action plans <\/p>\n
Skills & Requirements:
\n\u2714\ufe0f 3+ years of experience in HR
\n\u2714\ufe0f Strong organizational & communication skills
\n\u2714\ufe0f Proficiency in Microsoft Office
\n\u2714\ufe0f Excellent English verbal & written skills
\n\u2714\ufe0f ERP HCM experience (SAP, Oracle) preferred <\/p>\n
