\nExperience: 3-7 years in HR Generalist role, with a focus on oil and gas or similar industry.Preferably Female<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\n– Develop and implement HR policies, standards, processes, and procedures
\n– Conduct training needs analysis and design cost-effective training programs
\n– Manage compensation and benefits processes, ensuring confidentiality of HR records
\n– Facilitate employee induction, orientation, and training programs
\n– Monitor and respond to competitor activity and evolving local demographic trends
\n– Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams for seamless category execution
\n– Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.<\/p>\n
