Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Barista to join our team in Al Zubair, Sharjah. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, customer service, and maintaining efficient café operations in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
* Promote and sell coffee products and menu items to customers.
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
* Monitor stock levels and keep track of inventory supplies.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
* Support smooth day-to-day café operations.

Working Hours:

* Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
* Break: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
* Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a senior role.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage presentation.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Responsible, organized, and team-oriented.
* Preferred candidates who are on their own visa.
