🔹 Qualifications:
As per Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) regulations.
🔹 Experience:
✅ Minimum 3 years in an academic supervisory role
✅ At least 1 year of UAE experience in the same role is mandatory
✅ Should have working knowledge of SPEA inspection framework and procedures

🔹 Skills:
✨ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
✨ Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and modern educational practices
