Sales Engineer – Contracting (MEP & General Contracting)
Role Overview :

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the tendering and project acquisition process for the company’s MEP and general contracting works. The role requires strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and contracting activities, combined with strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the contracting sector (MEP & general contracting).
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the tendering team.
Meet with clients, consultants, and contractors to present company services and follow up on opportunities.
Maintain a solid pipeline of opportunities and provide regular sales forecasts and updates.
Support in negotiation of contracts and closing deals in line with company policies
Coordinate with the technical office, estimation, and project teams to ensure proposals are accurate and competitive
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
8-10 years of experience in contracting sales (civil and industrial).
Strong background in civil repair work.
Familiarity with project documentation, reports, and quality control.
Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Project).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
