New role: Director – IT Business Relationship Management

We are seeking a Director – IT BRM for one of our key clients in Riyadh, KSA.

This role will serve as the critical link between IT and the Development business, requiring strong stakeholder management, business acumen, and technical expertise to ensure IT strategies and services are fully aligned with business needs and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the business representative within IT, fostering trust and managing relationships
– Define and anticipate business needs, aligning IT demand with strategic goals
– Track IT project progress and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders
– Enhance business awareness of IT capabilities and emerging technologies

Key Skills & Qualifications:
– Proven stakeholder management and C-level communication expertise
– In-depth business domain knowledge in construction, real estate, or related sectors
– Strong understanding of IT systems relevant to development projects
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
– 12+ years of professional experience in IT/business alignment, project management, and stakeholder engagement
– Real estate development experience is highly preferred
