Guest Service Agent (Russian Speaker)
• Native Russian speaker with good command of English
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Friendly, guest-oriented, and a team player

Call Center Agent
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
• Confident telephone etiquette & multitasking skills
• Previous hotel/resort call center experience is a plus
