Position: SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEERS / MECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEERS

We are looking for a qualified SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEERS / MECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEERS for Dubai Project to join our team. If you have relevant experience in the UAE and are ready to take on a challenging role, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise the mechanical engineering team, providing technical direction and decision-making support.
2. Review, comment, and approve mechanical design drawings, material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
3. Manage coordination between mechanical, electrical, civil, and architectural teams to resolve technical issues and avoid delays.
4. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, chilled water systems, plumbing & drainage, firefighting, and other mechanical services.
5. Ensure all works comply with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other relevant authority requirements.
6. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
7. Monitor project timelines, cost control, and procurement schedules.
8. Provide input in project planning, BOQ review, and value engineering proposals.
9. Oversee preparation of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and final handover documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC in a senior mechanical engineering role.
3. Proven experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects in Dubai.
4. Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense, and other UAE authority standards.
