Provide first-level support and resolve customer queries via phone, email, or chat

Use your sales experience to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions

Assist customers with product/service information, troubleshooting, and post-sale support

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer conversations

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, operations) to ensure seamless customer support

Key Skills & Experience:

1-3 years of experience in sales (retail, field, B2B, or inside sales) or front-facing customer service

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
