We are looking for #FieldSupportEngineer
Role : L2 Field Support Engineer
Experience : 4+ Years
Location : Dubai / Abu Dhabi
Notice : Immediate to 30 days
Salary : AED 7,000
Job Purpose:
·      5-8 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2–3 years in an EUC leadership role.
·       Experience with Active Directory, Outlook/Exchange, and remote support tools.
·       Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ManageEngine).
