🏢 JOB SUMMARY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

We are seeking a highly experienced Interior Draftsman with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out, Architecture, and Main Contracting projects.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in preparing detailed shop drawings, execution drawings, architectural detailing, and high-quality 3D renderings for commercial, residential, hospitality, and high-end fit-out projects.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

◆ Prepare detailed interior fit-out shop drawings, joinery drawings, ceiling layouts, partition details, and reflected ceiling plans
◆ Develop tender drawings, as-built drawings, and execution drawings based on project requirements
◆ Prepare high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations using 3ds Max, V-Ray, and/or Corona Renderer
◆ Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, project managers, and site engineers for drawing approvals and revisions
◆ Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and client standards
◆ Prepare material submission drawings and technical detailing for site execution
◆ Convert design concepts into accurate technical and execution-ready drawings
◆ Maintain proper documentation and revision control for all project drawings and submissions
◆ Support site execution teams by resolving drawing coordination and design-related issues
◆ Ensure timely submission of drawings in line with project deadlines

🎯 REQUIREMENTS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related field
✔ Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Interior Draftsman within Interior Fit-Out / Architecture / Main Contracting companies
✔ Strong experience in detailed fit-out shop drawings and execution drawings
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
✔ Strong working knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, and/or Corona Renderer
✔ Previous experience working with Main Contractors is mandatory
✔ Strong understanding of interior fit-out standards, architectural detailing, and site coordination
✔ Ability to interpret design intent and convert concepts into execution-ready drawings
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills
✔ UAE experience preferred
✔ Immediate joiners preferred

✦ Strong portfolio in Interior Fit-Out and Architectural Projects
✦ Experience in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, and High-End Fit-Out projects
✦ Prior experience handling projects within Al Ain / Abu Dhabi is an added advantage
