We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hiring Manager (Talent Acquisition Manager) to lead and manage the company’s recruitment strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across technical, sales, engineering, and corporate functions while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with company growth plans
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding)
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking
Conduct interviews and coordinate technical assessments where required
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company hiring policies
Manage employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports
Improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring practices
Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, sales, or construction roles preferred
Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in recruitment platforms and HR software
