📍 Dubai, U.A.E.

Kinetics Group is looking for an experienced Inventory & Procurement Executive to manage stock control, purchasing operations, and import/export shipments while ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in inventory control, procurement, and freight coordination within a structured supply chain environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Manage inventory levels, forecasting & stock audits
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate import/export documentation & freight logistics
•⁠ ⁠Ensure quality control of received goods & resolve discrepancies
•⁠ ⁠Maintain ERP records & generate procurement reports

✔ Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠3–5 years of experience in inventory control & procurement
•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years coordinating import/export & freight forwarding
•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of import/export processes
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite or similar)
•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical, organizational & communication skills
