Human Resources Manager

Nucassa Real Estate is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager to help scale sustainably while nurturing a high-performance, values-driven culture during a period of growth.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support Nucassa’s expansion, with a deep understanding of the real estate and construction environment
• Drive recruitment and retention efforts across development, sales, operations, and design teams
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
• Champion company culture and employee engagement initiatives reflecting Nucassa’s core values
• Oversee performance management, learning & development, and succession planning programs
• Ensure compliance with UAE employment laws and manage risk effectively
• Build and lead a high-performing HR team; coach and mentor staff across the business
• Manage HR systems (HRIS), policies, and analytics to support data-informed decisions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s / HR certification preferred)
• Real estate or property development industry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, labour law, and organizational development
• Proven ability to scale HR operations in a growing company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with executive teams
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
