Salary : 13k-15k AED

We are seeking an experienced Buying Category Manager with a strong background in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), specifically in confectionery and drinks categories.

Key Responsibilities
❇️ Develop and implement data-driven buying strategies for confectionery and drinks categories.
❇️ Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and exclusive deals.
❇️ Analyze market data and consumer insights to optimize product ranges, pricing, and promotions.
❇️ Build and maintain strong relationships with key FMCG suppliers.
❇️ Work with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure seamless category execution.

Experience:
⭕ 7-10 years of experience in FMCG buying or category management, with a focus on confectionery and drinks.
⭕ Experience in a supermarket chain, CTN retailer, or major FMCG supplier.

📚 Education:
Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, or a related field
