1 x Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)

2 x Commis Chef

🔥 Jasper Grill Section:

2 x Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Jasper grill experience required

🥶 Cold Kitchen:

1 x Commis Chef

🍰 Pastry Section:

1 x Pastry Commis
