Strata Manufacturing is currently seeking an experienced Senior Human Capital Officer

Job Location: Al Ain, UAE

Role Purpose:
Responsible for handling all employee relations services for STRATA employees and contract staff by establishing services standards, monitoring the delivery of administrative services and drive company-wide HR employee engagement initiatives to ensure a highly motivated workforce and enhance employee retention.

Key Requirements:
– Minimum +5 years in a similar role.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Behavioural Science or any related field.
– Knowledge of Emirates Labour Law and regulations.
– Technical knowledge of policies and procedures.
– Analytical skills.
– Employee Relations.
– Knowledge of HR Information & Systems.
