Position: Debt Collector
Location: UAE

Salary: AED 5,000+ basic (performance-based growth)

This is not an entry-level role and not for people who “want to try collections.”
We are hiring an experienced debt collector with proven experience who can work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and deliver real recovery results.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 2+ years debt collection experience
Strong track record of successful recoveries
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Comfortable handling difficult conversations
Able to work under pressure and hit targets consistently
Professional, disciplined, and results-focused
