Executive – Business Development

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support Ejadah’s business growth across the UAE.

Job Summary:
The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and supporting the preparation of cost estimates, proposals, and tenders for Facilities Management services.

Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Minimum of 1 year completed in the current position
✔ No active disciplinary warnings on file
✔ Minimum performance rating of 3.0 in the last two performance cycles
(If employed for only one year, the latest performance rating will be considered)
✔ Successful completion of any assessment process required for the role
