🚀 Hiring: Head of Planning – Dubai
📍 Dubai (Head Office)
💰 Up to AED 50,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced Head of Planning / Senior Planning Manager to lead the planning function for large-scale, high-rise developments in Dubai, for a leading construction contracting company!

Key Responsibilities

– Lead central & site planning teams
– Develop and manage project master programmes
– Monitor progress, delays & recovery strategies
– Optimise resources & planning performance
– Deliver executive-level progress reporting

Requirements

– 8–12 years’ planning experience in the GCC
– Experience with tier-one contractors on mega high-rise projects
– Strong Primavera P6 expertise
– Excellent leadership & communication skills
